We are a lean, yet mighty band of misfits seeking a talented, full-time junior event strategist to join our team of thinkers, doers, movers and makers.

At CR, you have the opportunity to wear many hats and to even shape your role over time but there are fundamental responsibilities of the junior event strategist. You will:

  • Work closely with the Creative Director and Producer to provide a central support role on a variety of projects
  • Efficiently and pro-actively assist in all aspects of event development and project administration from start to finish
  • Assist the Creative Director with every aspect of completing creative projects through the management of available resources

  • Provide administrative and event concept support to Creative Director and Producer
  • Organize project meetings as well as vendor meetings
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, venues and other service providers
  • Conduct research for projects and proposals including venue, guest experience, event technology, etc.
  • Travel frequently
  • Report directly to the Creative Director
